What counts as an 'interaction'?
An interaction is a completed conversation session with your AI assistant. For voice, it's one phone call (regardless of duration). For chat/WhatsApp, it's one conversation thread (all messages exchanged until the user stops responding for 24 hours). Simple FAQ lookups and very brief inquiries (under 30 seconds) don't count toward your limit.
What's included in the setup fee?
The one-time setup fee covers discovery sessions to understand your business, designing your AI agent's personality and knowledge base, integrating with your calendars and CRM, building custom conversation flows, testing with real scenarios, training your team, and providing documentation. Think of it as the foundation—everything after that is monthly service and optimization.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately—we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If you're approaching your interaction limits, we'll notify you proactively so you can upgrade before any service interruption.
What happens if I exceed my interaction limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed it, overage interactions are billed at $0.50 each. For most clients, we recommend upgrading to the next tier if you're consistently hitting limits—it's more cost-effective and unlocks additional features.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. All our plans are month-to-month after the initial setup. We believe in earning your business every month by delivering results, not locking you into contracts. That said, annual pre-payment saves you about 17% compared to monthly billing.
